Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across two or more apartment communities. Under the general direction of the General Service Director, you will respond to resident requests, perform make-readies, and maintain common areas while upholding Vivmark's service standards.

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC as needed, perform on-call emergency service, and participate in required training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable), and interior repairs/painting.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work weekends and respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Performs various maintenance functions.
• Maintains grounds and common areas and keeps them clean.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Performs special maintenance projects as assigned.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Performs scheduled maintenance program.
• Represents the Company professionally at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
