Job summary

Gray Media seeks a driven Multimedia Sales Manager for Telemundo Atlanta. You will drive revenue across TV, digital, and CTV with agencies and local clients in the Atlanta region.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Hispanic media ad sales experience, strong agency networks, and proven multi-platform selling skills. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage campaigns and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with clients and agencies on local/national broadcast and digital advertising sales, preferably Hispanic.
• Strong relationships with agencies and clients, capable of expanding multi-platform campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Sell broadcast, digital, and CTV ad programs to agencies and local clients.
• Lead and mentor account executives to meet revenue targets.
• Develop customized ad solutions matching client needs and budgets.
• Prepare forecasts, reports and prospect lists for leadership.
• Maintain active client list and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage campaigns and deliver results.
