Job summary

Berkadia in Dallas is seeking a Mortgage Banking Real Estate Analyst–Deal Management to support the national Agency origination platform. You will independently underwrite, size, and price multifamily loan opportunities, prepare approval materials, and manage quotes in Salesforce.

You will analyze rents, cap rates, vacancy, and market trends to inform loan structuring and platform strategy, present deals to Mortgage Bankers, and lead training for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience underwriting agency (GSE) multifamily loans advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Berkadia’s mortgage banking network about products and policies.
• Review, size, and price multifamily transactions with product originations team.
• Engage with Fannie Mae during the quote process and input quotes into Salesforce.
• Prepare internal approval memos for Credit Committee.
• Lead training for new hires in the Mortgage Banking Real Estate Analyst-Deal Management network.
