Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a Real Estate Analyst - Deal Management to support the national GSE production team and assist in growing the firm’s national mortgage banking production. The role involves financial analysis, structuring multifamily mortgages, and collaborating with multiple Berkadia divisions to drive deal flow.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive commercial real estate data.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Berkadia’s mortgage banking network regarding products and policies.
• Analyze multifamily transactions with the agency origination team during the quote process and communicate with Fannie Mae.
• Draft quotes for business and credit teams and input into internal tracking systems.
• Review loan servicing data and analyze market information to evaluate opportunities and support production platform development.
• Other duties as assigned.
