Berkadia is seeking a Mortgage Banking Real Estate Analyst–Deal Management to serve as a primary liaison between the mortgage banking network, Fannie Mae, and internal teams. You will underwrite, size, and price multifamily loan opportunities, prepare memos, and manage quote input in Salesforce while leading training for new hires.

You will analyze rents, cap rates, vacancy, and market dynamics to inform loan structuring and platform strategy, presenting deals and addressing pricing questions

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-changing environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with Berkadia’s mortgage banking network regarding products and policies.
• Independently review, size, and price multifamily transactions during the quote process.
• Engage with Fannie Mae during the quote process and input quotes into Salesforce.
• Prepare internal approval memos for Berkadia’s Credit Committee and perform analysis.
• Analyze multifamily market data to evaluate loan opportunities and support production platform development.
• Present deals and address questions from Mortgage Bankers on pricing and submissions.
