Berkadia seeks a Mortgage Banking Real Estate Analyst–Deal Management to underwrite, size, and price multifamily loan opportunities, coordinating with Fannie Mae and internal teams. This role manages quotes in Salesforce and prepares materials for internal approvals.

The ideal candidate analyzes rents, cap rates, vacancies, and market trends to inform loan structuring, presents deals to Mortgage Bankers, and leads training for new hires. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support pricing and sizing.
• Experience or familiarity with underwriting agency (GSE) multifamily loans is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Proactively communicate with Berkadia’s mortgage banking network regarding products and policies.
• Independently review, size, and price multifamily transactions during the quote process with minimal oversight.
• Engage with Fannie Mae during the quote process and input quotes into Salesforce-based tracking.
• Prepare internal approval memos for Berkadia’s Credit Committee and use internal tools for analysis.
• Analyze multifamily market data to inform loan opportunities and platform strategy.
• Present deals and address questions from Mortgage Bankers regarding pricing, sizing, and submissions.
• Lead training for new hires in the Mortgage Banking Real Estate Analyst-Deal Management network.
• Other duties as assigned.
