Berkadia seeks a Mortgage Banking Real Estate Analyst–Deal Management to support its national Agency origination platform. You will underwrite, size, and price multifamily loan opportunities, prepare internal approval materials, and manage quote input in Salesforce-based systems, coordinating with the Mortgage Banking and product originations teams.

You will analyze rents, cap rates, vacancy, and market trends to inform loan structuring and platform development, present deals, and lead training

Competenze

• Experience working with mortgage banking networks or agency origination teams.
• Strong analytical skills for market data evaluation and loan sizing.

Mansioni

• Interact with Berkadia’s mortgage banking network to discuss products and policies.
• Independently review, size, and price multifamily transactions with the originations team during quotes.
• Draft quotes for business and credit teams and input them into Salesforce-based tracking systems.
• Prepare internal approval memos for Berkadia’s Credit Committee.
