Thomas Young Group in Frederick, MD is seeking an experienced construction professional to help lead multifamily base building and commercial renovations. You will partner with the Project Manager to keep schedules tight, coordinate across teams, and nurture strong subcontractor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in construction, solid base-building experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong base building/ground-up construction expertise.
• Multifamily construction experience is required.
• Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with ability to deliver on schedule.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Help manage project timelines and mitigate potential delays to ensure on-time completion
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain an accurate, up-to-date project schedule
• Build and maintain positive subcontractor relationships with professionalism and fairness
• Understand and exceed client expectations by recognizing their needs, preferences, and culture
