Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and review project documents, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist with project reporting, tracking costs, and ensuring quality control.
• Help manage project timelines and mitigate potential delays.
• Participate in project meetings and site visits to monitor progress.
