Ideal candidates bring experience in ground-up multifamily or affordable housing, strong Type III/Type V wood-frame knowledge, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Type III and Type V wood-frame construction.
• Background with general contractors, affordable housing developers, or owner-builders.
• Established relationships in the local subcontractor market.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Run all on-site construction activity with ownership of quality, safety, and schedule
• Coordinate and sequence trades; lead week-ahead planning meetings
• Partner with project management on scope, schedule, and budget
• Track progress and deliverables in Procore and MS Project
• Lead and develop field staff and assistant superintendents
• Report progress to senior leadership and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
