Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily and affordable housing projects in the Greater Boston market. This role manages field operations, coordinates with PMs, owners, architects, engineers, and municipal stakeholders, and ensures safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up construction, strong background in multifamily or affordable housing, familiarity with Procore

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up construction projects.
• Strong background in multifamily, affordable housing, public housing, or residential developments.
• Experience managing projects valued between $30M-$50M.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CSL preferred.
• Ability to commute throughout the Boston area with flexibility for Providence, RI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities for ground-up multifamily and affordable housing projects.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, and day-to-day field operations.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and municipal stakeholders.
• Oversee inspections, compliance requirements, and project documentation.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain strong communication across project teams.
• Drive site safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance at all times.
• Mentor field personnel and contribute to overall project success and team development.
