Qualifications

• Experience leading projects of $20M+ from sitework through final turnover.
• OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for multifamily and mixed-use projects.
• Direct coordination of subcontractors, trades, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
