Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
Oversee project schedules and adjust as needed to maintain timelines.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and provide solutions.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project success.
