Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee on-site activities for multifamily and adaptive reuse projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality. You will manage crews, subcontractors, and field personnel, guiding projects from mobilization to closeout.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, logistics, and meetings while using Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent for commercial, residential, or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, safety practices, and quality control.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and leading field teams.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with clear communication through project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ensure work is safe, on schedule, and meets quality standards and contract documents.
• Oversee daily site operations, logistics planning, and workforce management.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage documentation, reporting, and coordination.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Resolve field issues while maintaining project momentum and productivity.
• Partner with Project Managers and ownership teams to meet goals and client expectations.
