Job summary

CBRE seeks a Project Management Consultant to lead a landmark multifamily rehabilitation project in San Francisco, overseeing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. The role focuses on boiler replacement, building envelope work, and tenant-ready unit turns, guiding a CBRE PM team on-site.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of relevant experience, with LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Multifamily rehabilitation experience preferred across high-rise and townhomes.
• Experience with capital improvement projects; boiler system replacement experience a plus.
• Experience building and managing master construction schedules across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for large-scale multifamily rehab: planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Coordinate boiler replacement program and client/investor meetings (3-5 per week).
• Own project accounting, cost tracking, and financial record-keeping across a high-volume program.
• Build and maintain a master construction schedule visible to all trades.
