Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee real estate projects from initiation through completion. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables while coordinating with clients to ensure alignment with objectives.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and preferred LEED AP, PMP, or CCM certifications. Strong MS Office skills and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5–8 years of project management experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to define scope, budget, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead the project delivery team and monitor progress, risks, and changes.
• Ensure governance and data integrity across project documentation.
