Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager in San Francisco to lead real estate projects from initiation to closeout, working directly with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, and risk plans. You will coordinate resources, conduct RFPs, and guide teams through implementation while ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk plans.
• Define resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Develop a project charter and integrated timeline; ensure schedule adherence.
• Lead meetings to review status and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and contribute to functional goals.
• Demonstrate expertise across the function and coach others.
