Job summary

Redwood Construction, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for multifamily renovations in a full-time capacity. You will review due diligence, manage scopes, procure subcontractors, oversee budgets, and drive RFPs and project kick-offs with on-site staff.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in renovation of multifamily projects, strong MS Office skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality work with safety and compliance in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or certificate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of renovation experience on multifamily projects.
• General knowledge of construction practices and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing all due diligence material, gathering bids, maintaining and managing the scope of work in order to deliver the completed finish package
• Procuring local subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for bidding and execution of work
• Managing the RFP process for renovation projects
• Creating bid comparisons to present to Regional Construction Manager and Director of Construction
• Hosting Project Kick-off Meeting with on-site staff
• Tracking and updating live budgets for renovation projects
• Coordinating with Property Managers on renovation units from start to completion, as needed
