Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial real estate projects for Bay Area market accounts in San Francisco. The role involves managing projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring on-time delivery in a hybrid work setting that may require reporting to client offices or project offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate projects and demanding clients is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
• Proven track record of leading multiple projects in varying stages and delivering under pressure.
• Ability to solve unique problems with standard and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, resources, budget, work plan, and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines.
• Ensure schedule adherence and escalate/issues resolution.
• Lead regular project status meetings and guide project team through implementation.
• Develop new methods to achieve department objectives and showcase subject matter expertise.
• Coach others to deepen knowledge across the function.
• Demonstrate alignment with CBRE/Turner & Townsend values (RISE) and influence senior stakeholders.
