Colliers in the Greater Los Angeles area is seeking an experienced commercial real estate broker to drive new business and grow an existing client book. You will work with senior brokers to develop opportunities, close transactions, and expand market reach on a 1099 commission basis.

The role emphasizes collaboration across leasing, investment sales, and equity/debt teams, requiring strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with top-tier clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California.
• 6+ years of commercial real estate sales experience.
• Proven ability in business development and expanding a client book.
• Experience using CRM programs.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Secure new and expanding opportunities in Multifamily.
• Leverage Colliers’ platform to grow your book of business.
• Partner with senior brokers for development, joint transactions, and mentorship.
• Maintain relationships with top-tier clients in the Greater Los Angeles area.
• Attend local events and client meetings to expand market knowledge.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity/Financing teams.
