Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate sales experience
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner in CA
• Proven leasing of multifamily units in Los Angeles
• Strong knowledge of market-rate and affordable housing programs (Section 8)
• Strategic planning with awareness of market cycles

Responsibilities

• Lease-up multifamily properties for clients (50-100 units to individual units)
• Manage leasing for market-rate and affordable housing including Section 8
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rent
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, management, and tenants
• Handle all leasing activities: marketing, screening, negotiations, contracts
