Cushman & Wakefield's Reserve at Providence I in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily to oversee daily operations and drive performance across maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and marketing. You will lead a cohesive on-site team, mentor staff, ensure market-ready communities, and deliver exceptional resident service to maximize renewals, revenue, and overall profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in property management and a Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Real Estate License preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, leasing, renewals and marketing
• Provide superior resident service and communication to enhance satisfaction and renewals
• Developing, mentoring and leading a high-performing on-site team to maximize engagement and minimize turnover
• Drive revenues with market analysis and competitive marketing programs
• Lead by example and align with Cushman & Wakefield's mission
