Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of residential property management experience.
• Experience managing multifamily assets in NYC strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience managing on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall property operations, financial performance, and resident experience.
• Lead on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and concierge staff.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital plans, and multi-year forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with NYC housing regulations and company standards (HPD, DOB, FDNY, etc.).
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and asset value while ensuring high resident satisfaction.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on financial and operational performance.
