Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations for a residential/commercial community. You will manage leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, budgeting, and rent collection, while ensuring financial objectives are met.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with Yardi Voyager, and collaboration with ownership and regional management to maximize occupancy and maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, including a large multifamily property; CPM/CAM designation is a plus.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, with commensurate work experience.
• Experience with Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher processes and tenancy certifications/recerts.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance reporting, move-ins/outs.
• Hands-on leadership and staff supervision; proficient with Yardi Voyager 8 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Oversee maintenance supervisor and on-site staff.
• Manage day-to-day property operations, including 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist leasing staff to maintain high occupancy and tenant retention.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and resolve tenancy issues.
• Read and interpret legal documents and contracts; manage collections and delinquencies.
• Negotiate contracts and control operating expenses; prepare annual budgets.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff; manage safety programs and compliance.
