Job summary

Fogelman Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Enclave at Wolfchase Apartments in the Cordova area of East Memphis. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multifamily on-site management, with at least 3 years as a PM for a 250+ unit community, and excels in operations, marketing, leasing, finance, and data interpretation.

Proficiency with Yardi, CRM, and Yieldstar is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of on-site property management experience.
• Three years as a property manager for a 250+ unit community.
• Supervision and staff coaching experience.
• CAM/RAM/CPM certification preferred and knowledge of PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for all property operations and occupancy goals.
• Manage budgets, marketing, leasing strategy, and owner reporting.
• Oversee leasing staff and tenant relations to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Produce accurate monthly financials and owner reports.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws.
