You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, set rental rates, and coordinate maintenance while delivering top-tier resident experiences. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success across two sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years property management experience, including oversight of multiple sites.
• Strong budgets, variance reporting, and owner-facing financials.
• Experience with leasing and occupancy management for two communities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas daily to ensure peak readiness.
• Set market rents and develop advertising programs to maximize market position.
• Ensure market-ready units and a steady supply of available units.
• Approve lease paperwork and move-ins; perform Leasing Consultant duties as needed.
• Collect and deposit property income accurately and timely.
• Hire, train, and review on-site staff; manage performance and record keeping.
• Approve invoices and oversee accounts payable processes.
