Fogelman Properties is hiring an experienced Property Manager to lead the team at Meridian Park Apartments in the Collierville area. The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in multifamily management and oversight of 250+ unit communities, with emphasis on operations, marketing, leasing strategy, finance, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, data interpretation, and communications, with experience using Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar.

Qualifications

• Five years of on-site multifamily property management experience.
• Three years of property manager experience in 250+ unit communities.
• CAM/RAM/CPM certifications preferred (not required).
• Working knowledge of Yardi, Yieldstar, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and coordinate staff activities.
• Develop and implement budgets, rent collection and owner reporting.
• Lead marketing, leasing strategies and occupancy maximization.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and property policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely turnovers and inspections.
• Foster resident relations and service excellence.
