Job summary

Fogelman is hiring an experienced Property Manager for Cordova Creek Apartments in the Cordova area of East Memphis. The role requires leadership across operations, marketing, leasing, and financial reporting to maximize occupancy and property value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multifamily with at least 3 years as a Property Manager, overseeing 250+ units. Proficiency with Yardi, Yieldstar, and CRM platforms is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of multifamily experience, including at least three years as a Property Manager overseeing a 250+ unit community.
• Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all property operations and coordinate on-site staff to achieve occupancy and property goals.
• Prepare and review monthly owner reports and financial statements.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted; oversee evictions as needed.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure proper invoicing and COIs.
• Lead marketing, leasing, and resident relations efforts to maximize occupancy.
