Job summary

Fogelman Properties is hiring an experienced Property Manager for Esplanade District in North Little Rock, AR. You will oversee daily property operations, lead on-site staff, manage leasing, marketing, budgeting, and financial reporting to optimize occupancy and property value.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of multifamily experience, including three years as a Property Manager at a Class A property, strong leadership and customer service skills, and proficiency with Yardi and

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in multifamily management.
• At least three years as a Property Manager for Class A conventional property.
• Strong operational, marketing, leasing, financial, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and monthly reporting abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff to meet occupancy and property goals.
• Manage budgets, review monthly financial statements, and produce owner reports.
• Oversee leasing, marketing strategy, and resident relations.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and governance with policies.
• Build partnerships with vendors and manage invoices.
