Job summary

RIMEPRO INC, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a major ground-up podium-style development in Long Beach, CA. You will own the project schedule, budget, buyouts, contracts, and execution through Certificate of Occupancy, leading a team of Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction or related field.
• 7+ years managing multi-family construction projects and teams.
• Podium construction experience required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project buyout and contract negotiations.
• Own the budget, cost forecasting, and track progress.
• Monitor construction schedule and site reporting.
• Perform onsite inspections to confirm plans and specs.
• Lead the project to on-time, on-budget completion through CO.
• Coordinate between onsite teams, third parties, and corporate departments.
• Hire, manage, and direct a team of project engineers, PMs, and superintendents.
