Job summary

Renewyx, in partnership with a leading general contractor, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager for multi-family podium projects in San Jose, CA. This on-site leadership role owns delivery from ground-up through handover, working with a skilled site team and a reputable contractor.

You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and risks while coordinating with subcontractors, design teams, owners, and authorities.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of construction project management experience with a focus on multi-family podium projects.
• Deep understanding of podium construction methods, concrete and wood-frame sequencing, and mixed-use delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controls.
• Familiarity with Bay Area building codes and permitting processes is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or relevant construction certification is a plus.

Renewyx is partnered with a well-regarded commercial general contractor based in San Jose, California, to find an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multi-family podium construction.

About the Role

This is an on-site leadership role for a project manager who knows multi-family podium construction inside and out. You'll take full ownership of project delivery, managing complex builds from ground-up through to handover, working alongside a talented site team and a contractor with a strong reputation in the Bay Area market.
