Job summary

Maiker Housing Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to operate and maintain equipment and facilities at a Westminster, CO apartment community. You will service units, handle preventative maintenance, inventory control, and ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

This on-site role requires a High School diploma, 1–3 years related experience, and familiarity with MS Office and Yardi. You may supervise vendors, assist in inspections, and participate in after-hours on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• On-site multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Yardi software.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment and facilities at an apartment community.
• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on work orders.
• Manage parts inventory and assist in inspections.
• Supervise vendors as requested.
• Assist in after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Assist with HUD/CHFA inspections and safety programs.
