Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multifamily maintenance.
• Pool certification required for properties with pools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues; escalate complex repairs as needed.
• Ensure make-ready repairs are completed on schedule and to standard.
• Monitor and report safety or system issues before they elevate.
• Provide feedback and assist with scheduling or onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain accurate records for all work orders and inspections.
