Zinger Property Group in Port Royal, SC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for a 96-unit apartment community. You will perform maintenance and repairs and oversee staff.

Ideal candidates have strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills, with experience coordinating with management and contractors. Benefits include a base pay with bonus, holidays, health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in HVAC, Basic construction, Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile and flooring, Electric, Painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services for a 96-unit community.
• Evaluate and inspect property for short- and long-term needs/improvements.
• Work with onsite management and independent contractors to assure work is completed in a professional and timely manner.
• Offer guidance and training to maintenance staff.
• Respond to requests for occupied maintenance duties including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis as scheduled.
