Job summary

Zinger Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a 96-unit community in Port Royal, SC. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, tenant relations, and financials to ensure high occupancy and smooth property performance.

You should have at least 1 year of property management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a working knowledge of computers; Yardi experience is highly desired. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a 96-unit community
• Manage rent collection and notices, including court appearances if needed
• Ensure income accounting and deposits at the bank
• Lead leasing and applicant approvals
• Implement marketing and leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy
• Improve tenant relations and resident retention
• Maintain minimal delinquent rent through proactive outreach
• Assist Regional Manager with staff recruitment, supervision, and training
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete work orders and turns
• Oversee budgeting and capital improvement projects
