Job summary

Zinger Property Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our 96-unit apartment community in Port Royal, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades to ensure the property stays well-maintained and up to code.

You will evaluate property needs, supervise staff and contractors, and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies on a 24x7 basis as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services for a 96-unit community
• Evaluate and inspect property for short- and long-term needs/improvements
• Work with onsite management and independent contractors to assure work is completed in a professional and timely manner
• Offer guidance and training to maintenance staff
• Respond to requests for occupied maintenance duties including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis as scheduled
