Responsibilities

• Ensure proper income accounting and deposits at the bank.
• Manage leasing and applicant approvals.
• Implement marketing and leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain tenant relations and resident retention.
• Supervise staff with support from Regional Manager.
