Job summary

Zinger Property Group, Inc in Port Royal, SC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our 96-unit apartment community. You will perform maintenance and repairs and coordinate with management and contractors to ensure work is completed professionally and on time.

Ideal candidates have strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience, and you will guide and train maintenance staff while handling emergencies and routine requests. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services for a 96-unit community.
• Evaluate property needs and plan short- and long-term improvements.
• Coordinate with onsite management and contractors to ensure timely work.
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance staff.
• Respond to occupied maintenance requests including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, and emergencies 24x5.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services for a 96-unit community
• Evaluate and inspect property for short- and long-term needs/improvements
• Work with onsite management and independent contractors to assure work is completed in a professional and timely manner
• Offer guidance and training to maintenance staff
• Respond to requests for occupied maintenance duties including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x5 basis as scheduled

• Base pay plus 20% yearly bonus potential.
