Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Andover at Crabtree in Raleigh, NC. This on-site role oversees general maintenance tasks, responds to resident service requests, and coordinates preventive maintenance to keep community standards at peak level.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, and relevant certifications (refrigeration type 2 or universal, CPO). Knowledge of OneSite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal).
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• CPO certification (if required by state/location).
• Knowledge of OneSite knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use various hand tools and test equipment.
• Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• Push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels.
• Lift up to 100 pounds.
• Climb ladders up to 40 feet in height.
• Use a hand-truck.
• Make ordinary apartment homes spectacular.
