Job summary

Redwood Communities, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site teams and coordinate repairs across apartment communities.

You will lead maintenance technicians, prioritize requests, and ensure safety and quality standards are met during each shift. This role requires at least 5 years of supervisory maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• On-call flexibility and ability to work in the United States (I-9 compliant).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently to company standards.
• Receive, prioritize, and complete maintenance requests for apartments, common areas, and exteriors.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify repairs, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.
• Enter, review, and schedule work orders for timely completion.
• Perform or supervise interior/exterior repairs and upkeep, including painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and pest control assistance.
• Coordinate unit turnovers with the Community Manager to prepare vacant units within timelines.
