Job summary

SC Bodner Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Arden Pines, a new 244-unit Class A multifamily community in Asheville, NC. The role focuses on daily maintenance, safety, and preventative programs across the property.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC and CPO certifications (or equivalents) and prior multifamily maintenance supervision experience, with the ability to lead a team and work on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of property maintenance best practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff and assign tasks.
• Ensure safety programs and EPA/OSHA compliance.
• Manage preventative maintenance and make-ready repairs to apartment units.
• Coordinate on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
