Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily communities around Millbrae, CA. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely, quality service to residents.

The role requires hands-on skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep, plus knowledge of housing laws. A valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification are preferred; on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade/Technical school required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 – Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments, including painting and cleaning.
• Responds to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports issues affecting budget or safety to the manager.
• Attends training programs and adheres to safety policies.
