Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Alvista 240 in Kent. This role oversees technical and mechanical work to keep interiors, exteriors, and common areas up to Greystar standards, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

You will manage vendors, supervise up to 5 staff, contribute to budget planning for repairs and capital projects, and ensure timely completion of work orders while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Own hand tools (unless prohibited) and knowledge of hand/power tools.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; strong customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Manage outside vendors and follow up on warranties by email and phone.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and overall property appearance.
• Knowledge of hot water repair and maintenance is highly desired.
• Supervise up to 5 employees and assist with budgets for repairs and capital expenses.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.
