You will supervise technicians, prioritize work orders, plan preventive maintenance, unit turns and major repairs, manage vendor relationships, monitor budgets, ensure compliance with codes, and communicate clearly with residents to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in maintenance operations with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of multifamily maintenance, preventive maintenance, turns, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians; assign and oversee work to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
• Plan, prioritize, and complete work orders, including preventive maintenance, unit turns, and capital repairs.
• Ensure buildings, grounds, and systems remain safe, attractive, and well-functioning.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outside services as needed.
• Maintain budgets and control maintenance-related costs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Uphold excellent customer service and communication with residents.
