GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Columbus, OH. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee unit turns, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction across the community.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, inventory control, and daily supervision of service staff. Aiming to drive operational excellence, you’ll partner with the Community Manager and regional leaders to uphold standards and grow your career.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Must have supervisory experience (1+ year).
• Education: High school diploma or GED; EPA Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of RealPage systems (OneSite, Ops Technology) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the service team; coordinate with Community Manager.
• Manage make-ready process, vendor coordination, and inspections.
• Ensure budgeting, inventory control, and timely reporting.
