Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for The Danforth apartments in Seattle. You will oversee technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities pristine while upholding Greystar standards.

You will lead up to five staff, coordinate with vendors, and help develop the budget for repairs and capital projects. Prior HVAC and carpentry knowledge with a strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required for HVAC work.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi/One Site is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise maintenance work to meet community standards.
• Manage outside vendors and ensure warranty follow-up by email and phone.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Assist with budgeting for regular repairs and capital projects.
• Complete resident work orders promptly and accurately.
• Contribute to safety trainings and ensure OSHA compliance.
