Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction.
• Proven track record of delivering multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficient in construction management software and IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through to project closeout.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and field staff.
• Implement and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity on the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to plans and specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in the project, including clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports, updates, and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws related to construction projects.
