Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Multifamily Superintendent to lead ground-up residential construction in the GreaterBoston area. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedules, quality, and safety are maintained from site mobilization through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in multifamily supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid track record delivering $30M+ projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up construction.
• Proven experience managing multifamily residential projects.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and QC processes.
• Able to lead large field teams and maintain subcontractor relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from site mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs, local codes, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage budgets and schedules.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges before they impact performance.
• Oversee quality control and inspection processes.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate turnover activities and punch-list completion.
