Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Multifamily Superintendent in Burbank, CA to lead complex podium, wrap, and garden style projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate on-site teams, review plans, ensure safety, and maintain quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multifamily construction, strong leadership, proficiency with CM software and MS Office, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction, with multifamily project focus.
• Experience with podium, wrap, and garden style methods.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end construction process.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership to manage a diverse team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Bachelor's in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred, not required.
• Certifications such as CCM, CPC, or AGC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct multifamily construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors, enforce safety standards.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure work aligns with design.
• Manage on-site activities to meet schedules, budget, and quality.
• Provide regular updates to clients, architects, and management.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and quality controls.
• Identify and resolve issues to prevent impact on schedule or budget.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with inspectors.
