Job summary

LeoForce in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects from planning through completion. You will lead teams, safeguard site safety, and drive on-time, under-budget delivery with a strong focus on quality.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors, manage RFIs and change orders, and ensure adherence to documents and schedules. Experience with Procore, MS Project, and a General Contractor background is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily construction experience with a General Contractor
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams
• Extensive experience with 200+ unit ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Procore software

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of a construction project from planning to completion, on time and under budget
• Maintain site safety and promote a safety-first culture
• Plan and schedule projects to maximize efficiency
• Provide vision and leadership to all team members and subcontractors
• Lead meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Interpret project documents and manage changes, RFIs, and submittals
• Coordinate inspections with jurisdictions and utilities
• Administer Quality Control program and ensure high-quality work
• Maintain daily logs, safety reports, and timekeeping
• Conduct foreman and safety meetings and project staff meetings
• Resolve issues with client, architect, and team swiftly and effectively
